Southern Lehigh alumna Alita Zabrecky has been invited to join the prestigious All-Centennial Conference following her outstanding athletic performance at Muhlenberg College this basketball season. The All-Centennial Conference works to acknowledge outstanding athletes at top liberal arts colleges.
“ She was a great player in high school,” senior varsity player Julia Mayer said, “and she’s a hard worker so she deserves this.”
Zabrecky earned her role on the conference by earning the most points per game on her team and reaching the 1,000 point mark for her basketball career. It is her third time being acknowledged by the All-Centennial Conference during her collegiate athletic career.
“It’s awesome that she got invited,” senior boys’ varsity player Nick Heiser-Koch said. “anybody would want an invite because it’s such a great accomplishment.”
Anyone interested in being recruited by the conference must contact one of the conference representatives. Information of which can be found at www.centennial.org
