Junior Julie Evans is a first-year staff reporter for the Spotlight. She decided to join the school newspaper to get her opinions out there, as well as improve her writing skills.  Some of Julie’s hobbies include writing, reading, and bike riding. She also participates in winter track. Julie has two older brothers, and she is currently writing her own book.
